Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eg-G MVS-2067 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Euchner product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the TGS002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSM25270PAB manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HKD100S100A05 by Manufacturer Euchner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endevco Brand 2222D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Force-Control such as 21025102 equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 524VDC made by Encoder as well as the popular FTL203325 original spares produced by Endress--Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TR1U1R40500NV1AOCF02 by Encoder and 21025102 spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SF1240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Frost-Controls.
